Joe Perrone Jr.’s "As the Twig is Bent" is a wonderfully crafted novel that keeps the reader guessing as to the identity of the serial killer plaguing the Chelsea district of Manhattan. This reviewer found the novel to be engaging, but at times very graphic. The graphic nature of As the Twig is Bent may upset some people, but lends a bit of credibility to the story. I recommend this novel to adults who can handle the sexually explicit content, and who love a good murder/thriller.
